How do I withdraw crypto?
Navigate to the Withdraw section, select your preferred cryptocurrency and network:
USDC – Ethereum, Solana, Tron
USDT – Ethereum, Tron
Enter your wallet address and withdrawal amount (minimum $10). Double-check network selection matches your receiving wallet. Withdrawals process quickly, most are automated and complete within minutes.
Note: once a crypto withdrawal is sent, PackRush has no way to revert or cancel the transaction.
How do I redeem physical items?
Prizes won from packs appear in your Cart. Select any item and choose "Redeem" to apply to receive via physical delivery. This will open a live chat with our Support Team. Ensure that you've entered your address and Personal Information within the account settings area: https://www.packrush.com/account
Can I sell items instead of shipping?
Yes. Every prize can be instantly sold back to your balance at its listed value. Click "Sell" on any inventory item for immediate credit. This allows instant access to funds for more packs, battles, or crypto withdrawal without waiting for shipping.
Are some items unavailable for redemption?
Yes. Some items are unavailable for redemption. This could be for a wide variety of reasons including: local shipping regulations, taxes and product costs, unable to source, limited edition or custom items, novelty items. Whilst we strive to deliver as often as possible, we reserve the right to decline a redemption at any time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination and item type. Most standard items ship within 5-14 business days. High-value items, limited releases, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time. International shipments may experience customs delays. Tracking is provided for all shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. PackRush ships worldwide to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Any applicable shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes are the recipient's responsibility upon delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact support@packrush.com immediately with photos of the damage and your order details. We work with you to resolve shipping issues including replacements for items damaged in transit. We take no responsibility for damaged items but will work with vendors to try and find a suitable resolution.
