How does the rank system work?
As you open packs and participate in battles, you accumulate progress toward the next rank. Each rank increase unlocks improved reward rates across all reward types. Higher ranks earn significantly more from instant, daily, weekly, and monthly payouts. Your current rank and progress are always visible on the Rewards page.

What is XP?
XP (Experience Points) is a digital reward earned through activity on PackRush. XP tracks your journey on the platform, unlocking new features, rewards, and exclusive perks as you level up.
Important: XP is non-transferable between users and cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, credits, or withdrawn. XP exists solely to enhance your PackRush experience.
What Does XP Unlock?
As you accumulate XP and level up, you gain access to:
Increased Reward Rates – Higher levels earn more from instant, daily, weekly, and monthly rewards. Your rank directly impacts your earning potential across all reward types.
Exclusive Avatars & Badges – Unlock profile customization options only available to players who reach specific XP milestones. Show off your status within the PackRush community.
Enhanced Chat Features – Access special emojis, effects, and chat functionalities as you level up.
VIP Eligibility – Higher XP levels qualify you for VIP consideration, including dedicated account management, exclusive gifts, and priority support.
Early Access & Exclusives – Get first access to new packs, features, and limited-time events before general release.
Merchandise & Gifts – Hit key XP thresholds to receive PackRush merchandise and personalized gifts.
Can I purchase XP?
Yes. Please contact support to make an XP purchase. Get 1000 XP for every $1 you spend.
What are Reloads?
Reloads are a bonus accumulation system available to all users. When you claim instant, daily, weekly, or monthly rewards, 50% of that amount is deposited into your Reload balance. Reloads become available every 8 hours and expire after 72 hours if unclaimed. This provides consistent rewards payouts that keep you in the game until your next prize.

How do I check my rewards?
