How do I deposit?

Click the Deposit button in the top right corner and select your cryptocurrency:

• ETH – Ethereum Mainnet

• SOL – Solana Network

• TRX - Tron Network

• USDC – ERC-20 (ETH), SPL (Solana), or TRC-20 (Tron)

• USDT – ERC-20 (ETH) or TRC-20 (Tron)

Minimum deposit is $10. Copy your unique deposit address and send funds from your external wallet. Deposits typically confirm within 1-5 minutes depending on network congestion.

Can I deposit via Credit Card?

Coming soon. Stay tuned. Until then, deposits can only be made by the above cryptocurrencies.

My deposit hasn't arrived. What do I do?

Deposits can take up to 10 minutes to appear depending on blockchain confirmation times. If your funds haven't credited after 10 minutes:

1. Check your external wallet's transaction history

2. Locate the transaction hash (txid)

3. Start a Live Support chat and include your PackRush username and txid

We'll investigate and credit your account promptly.
